During the use of http://bemyguest.hr/, the listed terms and conditions, as well as all existing laws are applied. BE MY GUEST reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use at any time and without notice. Changes take effect at the moment of publication on the https://bemyguest.hr/ website.
Copyright protection
Data on https://bemyguest.hr/ is protected by the Copyright law (N.N. 167/03, 79/07, 80/11, 144/12). Copyright which pertain to www.bemyguest.hr include text, photos, databases, other graphic images, software, names (including domain) belong to BE MY GUEST. The data can be used only in the manner specified in these Terms and conditions of use. Using the data for other purposes, as well as copying and distributing data without authorization is against the Copyright law and subject to sanctions.
Accommodation
Reserved accommodation in most cases is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late arrival (after 8:00 PM) should be announced in advance, unless otherwise agreed between the traveler and host. In some properties pets are allowed but with an obligatory advance notice and surcharge.
BE MY GUEST exclusively acts as an intermediary between the guests and the property owners. BE MY GUEST is not responsible or liable for any conflicts and damages that may occur while the guest is staying at the property.
It is the guest’s responsibility to return the property in the condition in which it was received. For any damage caused, the guest is directly responsible to the owner.
Reservation and payment
Inquires for accommodation can be done electronically (e-mail, form on website) and by phone. Reservations can be done only electronically. When booking, the traveller confirms that he is familiar with the General Terms of travel that had previously carefully studied and that he fully accepts it. Thus, everything stated in the Terms and Conditions becomes a legal obligation for both the guest and BE MY GUEST. For reservation of the service ordered, the traveler is obliged to give all the required information in the booking procedure.
For a booking confirmation it is required to pay deposit in the amount of 30-50% of a total price (non-refundable except when there are extenuating circumstances), and the balance is payable before or upon arrival at the property. Deposit payment can be done via Paypal or wire transfer. Balance payments upon arrival are always paid in cash.
Prices
Prices of services are published in Euros. BE MY GUEST reserves the right to alter the published price. To the travelers who paid in advance for a specific reservation, BE MY GUEST guarantees the price of accommodation, stated in the calculation according to which the advance was paid. If the changes occur prior to the payment of the advance, BE MY GUEST is required to inform passengers about the changes of the price.
If more visitors arrive to a booked accommodation than it is indicated on the reservation document (voucher), the service provider has the right to deny service to the unannounced passengers or accept all travelers with charge to the unannounced passengers on the spot. A damage deposit is required in some properties. In properties where required, it needs to be paid on the day of arrival and it is returned (if there was no any damages) on the day of departure.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which BE MY GUEST collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://bemyguest.hr/ website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all services offered by Be My Guest.
